Got a 20 Android Phone Farm – How Would YOU Monetize It Fast?

Hey BHW,
I’ve recently set up a small Android phone farm – 20 physical devices, all connected, stable internet/power, and ready to go. I’ve got experience with automation tools like BAS and can also run things manually if needed.
Now I’m trying to figure out the smartest way to start making money with it ASAP – ideally something that doesn’t take weeks to set up or test.

A few ideas I’ve been considering:
– Account farming (to sell or rent out)
– App installs / incentive offers
– Traffic generation with short video platforms (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts)
– Referral/bonus farming
– Micro-tasks or actions that need real Android environment
– Running multiple GEO-targeted campaigns

But honestly, I’d love to hear your thoughts.
– If you had this setup, what would you do first?
– Any methods that work especially well with real Androids right now?
– Are there people/projects out there looking to rent this kind of power?


Open to ideas, collabs, even testing some stuff out together. Appreciate any input – cheers!

I wouldn't run a setup like this in the first place. You can't outspam (easily, consisntatntly or profibtabley) agisnt these platforms now, they have teams of people like double digits, 10's of millions of cash and multi millions in technology and ai. How can you possibly go to the moon by trying to build a rocket ship made of a tin of beans. Its not possible. Same for having all these phones its pointless. You're just procrastinating on being a content creator, and instead being a platform rip-off.

Keep trying for years of your life though if you think, I'm talking spring onions. Makes no difference to me. You'll just make these platforms even tighter in terms of security if you do find a few loopholes.
 
Based on my experience I suggest focusing on the following:

– Account farming (to sell or rent out)
– Social media Traffic generation through automations (M/S method for instance, you could also do this focused on affiliate)

Running this parallel can be pretty profitable if you have your offer and acquisition on lock

I'm mainly focusing on social media growth myself and has been working wonders for me over the past 7 years.

And you didn't even mentioned their advanced bot detector system, real people are the final boss, this kind of setup can't even beat an automated protection system.

For long term, high quality content creation is the most solid advice, it's the most difficult path to go, but it's the best approach

Those are your best ideas for me. If you can automatize them, you may create an income source from this small farm.
 
Thanks for your advices. It appeared to be such pain n the ass. Even to update it. I already lost 3 phones lol

According to things that i learn through friends and by personal experience, if i was you, i would try to run a spotify stream farm as the first option. The down side to this is that you will need at least three months of budget to operate the phones until you get the first payment out of Distrokid.

Second, by my personal experience, i would try to find a way to make and android API to add views to pornhub accounts. There's a good market already into the platform for models that buys views.
 
I have a phone farm of 40 iphones. I recently started uploading clipped luxury content with ai overlays related to my niche (Selling course for ai models). I got plenty of views across the dozens of IG/Tiktok accounts but 0 conversions to my FREE Skool. People don't convert unless its quality content like the initial reply mentioned indirectly. I think all the things you mentioned would have such a low return it wouldn't be worth it.

I can think of two areas where this would work

1 - Managing dozens of social media accounts for OF girls/Ai Models. 5 apps per phone... 5 accounts per app. They create 1 hour of unique yoga content then you cut it into 5 second clips and upload to all accounts. You charge flat fee or %.

2 - Same content methods but you create specific content for a niche then sell PDFs in bio. For example you run 100 accounts creating Fat-loss content. in the bio you sell a PDF for $12 on fat loss.


The trick is creating high quality content at scale that invokes trust. Thats why this method works for Onlyfans. People don't subscribe because they trust, they sub because they find her hot.

Crypto airdrops can be good idea to make money with these.

Account farming is a good idea you can build profiles on different niche with content built audience and sell it
else partner and promote affiliate offers
