Got 60k backlinks HELP!!

Hi BHW Members, im running a local business based on long island,new york. The problem is that i got somewhere around 23rd of Feb i got dumped thousands of links at my domain, mostly anchored too the keyword i was targeting went from not found to top 30 i consulted with a seo specialist and he gave me all spammy links to disavow through google search console...Now its been more than one month that my rankings got dropped and are not being found at all this happened straight after i disavowed 3 days later my rankings start dropping..I have deleted the disavow file and waiting for any change.. Is there anyone that can help me please?

whats the problem, you went from not found to 30?
 
ah, i hear you can wait months for disavow to happen, just start a new quality link building program, maybe using web2.0's & PBN's
that should help get you back to where you were

The problem is that i have deleted the disavow file because i thought the problem is at the disavowed links,possibly i think i got hit by algo penalty, so i just need to run a quality good backlinks campaign right?
 
semrush has a great disavow system lets you see toxic links and generate a file. I would use that and cross reference with majestic and get a big disavow file together and send it in. You need to be sure the links you disavow are in fact toxic or yes you will drop in ranking if you accidently kill a link that was giving you juice.

The disavow file also is not instant so wait a bit on it.
 
Why not start some social signals?

While they will not help your ranking, it will make google understand that your domain is valid and people are actually engaging with it.

Totally agree...Also, try to get High DA .edu, .gov links and backlinks from Authority websites to increase your "credibillity". You have to index every single new backlink that you get for faster results.

Don't rely on the disavow to happen because it may take few months to take effect.
