Google Won't Rank Homepage

For some reason Google will not rank my homepage. They have ranked everything else except that. Why is this? Any tips?

Please check robots.txt file to see, you don't add "No-follow or No-index" tag for home page.

Is this a new site or you previously ranked the homepage and now its disappeared?

If the first, then just wait some time as site is new, if previously ranked then there might be a penalty on the homepage.

My website has the similar problem from the update of Oct this year, now, my homepage not ranked, and inner page ranking is also going down. DO you have any idea?
