Hello guys hope you’re doing well. I just want to know how these people ranks their google sites as you see in the picture they use web.sites.google.com/….. but when i tried to create url like that in my google sites. The website doesn’t be allowed to add (web) it look like that sites.google.com. Hope someone can help me in this section

It's just the same as how you rank pdfs, and anyone can make a site with web.sites.google, I don't know why you can't do it, it's very basic.
 
Simply put web. on your existing google site URL. like web.sites.google.com/view/todayxboxgfgenerator2021free/ and sites.google.com/view/todayxboxgfgenerator2021free/ both will be the same site

Tip: You can add any subdomain in front of the domain like this fuck.sites.google.com/view/todayxboxgfgenerator2021free

can anyone explain on how to get google sites to indexed? i can't seem to do it with a search console

Both web and non web sub domains redirect to the same page.
Once you created your page you can just add a web in front of url & use it wherever you want t2 links or maybe indexer.
 
G-sites does not use sitemaps so that method is out of the question. Using GSC is a waste of time unless you have a well established site which google trusts. I think with spammers targeting g-sites with affiliate promotions google has made it difficult to index such links. I think sharing your website on Google news sites is a popular method as google news gets crawled regularly.
