blackbeans My problem differs a little but from your explanation but I guess I have read only the title and I may have also mismatched it a little bit. I have made the title a catchy for a reason since I never got a specific reply for this kind of problem. Thank you for your reply.

You need to add the daily crawling operator in your sitemap. Change it from weekly to daily.

I fixed all them and waiting will rankings come again as was.
As i recovered - i mean sites ranking on target keywords, but not i the same positions as was before penalty.

I am using 1% of keyword density.

As in my niche (adult) i saw many sites / pages ranking very well with 50-100 words of content and 10-30% of keyword density.

ive seen many sites rank despite a 30% density too, but still better to aire on the side of caution.

as for link building, how soon after launch did you begin building links and how many?

I have an opinion after reading / discussing with experienced SEOs what is safe.
After launching site i starting link building in 2 weeks - month.
In average - from 5 daily to 5 weekly referring domains.

same, i read and test everything before making conclusions not just the words of any 1 seo "guru". this is a wise approach you have.

The early link building might be your issue.

In 2006-2008 i had great success and for years i was stuck on the old tactics i was habituated with.

Any site i build even the most relevant high authority contextual generic backlinks to too early end up going nowhere, and like you not even ranking well for the brand, nevermind the keywords im targeting.

Now ive finally broken free from old habit and built 5 new mini networks and havent built a single link to them and they are gaining 10x+ more impressions and growing than much older sites i built even a few high authority links to early on.

after studying my successful competitors and in other niches the ones that really take off dont begin their link building until 3-6 month mark which actually makes perfect sense to me for what google might find natural.

They've gained enough exposure through a trickle of search traffic without offsite (google doesn't want us to build ANY links at all). and at this point have been "seen" by enough webmasters to potential earn some links.

Id recommend trying this too from now on. Notice your new project will outgrow the sites you built links to , too early.

How much content is on the site?
Are you blogging regularly?
You either have to be blogging regularly, or creating links regularly.

I think it is 100% natural if some new sites gets hundreds of referring domains daily.
If a site has some viral content on it and gets shared on biggest social sites - will it be penalized by google?

How many brand new sites go viral without any natural age and exposure?

Usually its an aged existing site that has some sort of reader base / visits that eventually publishes this very hot topic...

Even if you plastered it all over social media it would still take atleast 3 months to get enough exposure to set off such a phenomenon, unless you're Donald Trump.... which goes back to the 3-6 month rule of thumb.

Anyways i was just giving you my insights based on differences ive seen with my own projects in SERP. you can follow it or not - i was just trying to save you time based on my own mistakes.

baced on my experience it doesn't exist, google already said that the website age doesn't matter anymore.

It Can't be Sandboxed, it doesn't take this long. and yes sandbox is real.

i noticed to only get sandboxed when build links too early.

if you restrain from building links too soon they climb in traffic steadily daily from start, especially if you have a lot of content.

Whereas when i build links impressions are less than double digits even 2 months later.
