I dont believe its a glitch. Most probabaly they tried to make an update but messed up and said then this is not an update, just a glitch. Now everything is almost same as before
I think this is wishful thinking. When you call something a glitch, it's not something they view as positive. I think the filtering system had a hiccup and now it's back to usual.

I'm agree with you, because suddenly right now cognitive signal giving green score, my feeling the update will continue on the weekend and gonna big one since 3 sites that I'm monitoring, all the keywords still bouncing up to 10+ positions in about 15-30m
