Google Play Developer Account - Suspended Everytime

please provide details to me too. i am facing same issue and looking for VCCs.

Yes i am uploading the same app just by changing the screenshots, icon, description and package name. and got banned again...:( what else i have to change? please let me know what i should do to upload the same app again like changing class name etc etc.
 
get the google play accounts are GoPlayAccounts.com and use a Good VPN and you will be just fine
 
i have a friend who can supply daily google developer play account,more cheaper than goplayaccount.com. he is legit and his account working long.i have bought from him and used for month without problem. he accept pp too. u can contact his skype: danielvsterling
 
My guess is that Google has created a footprint of your app's code and is using that to connect it to your other accounts and previous uploads. If this is the case, again I am only guessing, it won't matter what account, country, cc or IP you use it can always be identified. You may need to make small changes to your app's code in order for it to generate a unique footprint.

The same for me, but i solve it. Just buy a developer account from other country(search in this site there are many sellers) and connect to google play developer from vpn. I dont change images or code and the app is live.

use virtual box and install windows edition for each account...then buy account from some reputed persons..and for proxy use Bitvise along with Proxifier...
i am using over 5 accounts using this strategy
 
Hi:

Im new here, I have the same problem, Im thinking if Google track our mac address and if when you build an app on eclipse, the software put you a footprint, also when you create the key, maybe all keys created under the same pc are connected with some number or something.
 
Use virtual boxes I use free Ubuntu to stop mac/pc blocking and turn proguard on in your app manifest files to throw them off scanning your code.

Hi ,

Even am trying to create a new google play dev account after a ban now. I will list down my preperations for the same.

1. I have a new PC (I have logged in, in this machine with my old banned google account) - So would OS reinstall would be enough to make the PC brand new to google?

2. i have bought a new wireless dongle for the internet (so this would give me a new IP) : Do i need anything else to make it look new.

3.I have many CC's, so i can use the one that wasnt used last time :)

4.Regarding the name and address: Can i make little changes to the name and address and make googple think am new.

Ex: Banned account name : George W bush
New account name : George W

Similar slight changes to address would work for me?

5.Now regarding the apps, I would download the latest version of eclipse from google in my new machine and use it. what am planning to do for my old apps is , takethe unsigned export from my old eclipse (from banned machine). Do necessary changes and sign it in new machine and upload.

6.Do all future developement in the new machine. Dont never login into your banned account into new machine .

What other precautions i need to take to be genuine in the eyes of google?

But Hotspot shield is a big problem. It may not be the only reason you're getting banned but it's a free VPN. You're sharing the same IPs as many other spammers and fraudsters. Although even a paid VPS may not be enough since Google can still see that the IPs are coming from a datacenter rather than a normal location.

Anyone knows as VCCs don't work now? I have tried couple of VCC's but they are not even recognized by google.
