Google Play Developer Account - Suspended Everytime

Hi Guys,

I have been creating so many google developer accounts with different CC's which i used to access with different IP's(used Hotspot Sheild) always through Firefox incognito ,
Even after this all of my accounts are getting banned at once. stating prior violation. am pretty sure they have been tracking me,

what are the things i need to take care of before getting another account.
& any idea how to create unlimited play developer accounts?

I have been publishing same App with Diff Icon, Screenshot ,Sign key etc but with same PC and Eclipse.

Also i came to know that google blacklist's our PC, If that's the case how to get rid of it. Need Help...

How do you know Google blacklisted your PC?

'Hotspotshield' and 'Firefox incognito' are of no use for this purpose. I used to create dev accounts, but I left since it became real hard to create a new one. Now, I am left with only one approved account, but I will use it for publishing my own apps.

First i have created 4 dev accounts and started using it in the same Browser, When they blocked one of my account for "CopyRight Violation" with in next 4 hours they blocked my remaining account's stating "Prior Violation".

After this i created 3 more accounts but started using different IP and Browser, even then i got the mail as "Prior Violation" and blocked all my 3 accounts which doesnt have any relationship.

Again the same happened for 3 more accounts,
All this time i have one thing in common which is My PC and Eclipse.
one of my friend was telling about changing the OS as google would have tagged it. So i just guessed that only possiblity is my PC/OS/Eclipse.
Even now i have no idea how they are finding me everytime i create a new account and blocking me for "Prior Violation".
Is there any other thing i need to take care of so that i dont need to create more and more accounts every month.

My ISP provide the same IP every time i Login..:(, i also clear cookies & everything b4 logging in everytime. Please Suggest me some solution, I have spent almost equal to what i have earned through Apps.
 
From what I have read and understood, you are able to pass the main hurdle i.e 'Google Wallet Payment Processing'. If your accounts are getting banned after they deduct $25, then try to use a VPS (of the same country as dev account).
 
The best thing to do would be to get someone to upload for you and share a small cut. Or just get someone in another country to create one maybe. Either way, since this is in the "Hire a freelancer section", I have PM'd you about assisting you.

I was able to pass "Google wallet payment" bcos i used different credit cards, Now i am out of CC's probably i will have to buy an account from someone and start using it through VPS.

Yup, you need a unique CC per account to be on safer side. Though I can't deny the fact that it's possible to create multiple account with same CC.

I have been publishing the same app bcos there is a fellow who had just decompiled my code and published the exact copy of my App, and he is not been banned at all. If they are going to check for the similar App's he is the one who has to kicked out first instead of me, bcos he is having it for around 3 months continuously, but i am not able to withstand for even 1 month.
 
Well for one, don't use the same VPS -_- do you think you are the only one using that VPS to create google accounts? The same goes for hide my ass and other main stream providers.

2nd of all you need to mix up your CCs.... if they all have similar numbers ... then its quite is for Google to block them, so if you can find another CC provider then do that. But eventually Google will catch on.
 
You could try VCCs. I've used VCCs to register play accounts and never had problems.

But Hotspot shield is a big problem. It may not be the only reason you're getting banned but it's a free VPN. You're sharing the same IPs as many other spammers and fraudsters. Although even a paid VPS may not be enough since Google can still see that the IPs are coming from a datacenter rather than a normal location.

VCC's ? I have tried couple of VCC's but they are not even recognized by google. If not a problem can you tell the VCC provider you are using?

Ya,App was not according to Google TOS, but only my first account got suspended for "Copyright Violation" all other accounts were suspended bcos of "Prior Violation".
and in the first case they blocked the App first and then the Account, all other time it was directly the Account.
 
Hotspot shield is not good for this purpose. Using Private Proxies is better. Firefox is better, dont use Chrome brower. because google easily to find out for making multiple accounts. Cookies, Brower history, Temp, prefetch are all cleaned properly after make accounts..
 
Are you creating accounts and then trying to upload the same application each time?
