Google Pixel 7 Pro

I purchased my Pixel 7 Pro on October 13th (the day it was released).

I love this phone.

But...
There are a few problems, as a long time Samsung user.

First off, I miss the digital buttons at the bottom of the screen: 'Back', 'Home', 'Other Opened Apps'.

I hadn't realized just how much I love having those buttons until switching to a phone with the weird gesture bar at the bottom. I'd much rather have the virtual buttons.

The next thing I dislike about this phone, is the fact that the forward slash is not accessible on the keyboard without needing to navigate to the symbols and numbers screen.

The only other thing I dislike about this phone, is the Dragon Ball Z Solar Flare that happens when you use the fingerprint scanner inside a dark room. If someone sends me a text message at night, I have to remember to close my eyes before unlocking the phone.

Aside from these things, this phone is perfect!

This camera is epic AF!

They also made it a point to work on the call quality. It's strange that more phone companies don't talk about the one main thing a phone is supposed to be great at, but Google did a fantastic job with it. Crystal clear audio on both ends of the conversation.

I just wondering what phone should I buy to my girlfriend who create content for tiktok and instagram reels, now I thinking about Iphone 14 Pro Max but It's iphone, and Im not a fanboy. Can you show here some real photos from night for example?

I need to go out and take some proper night photos.
There are lots of videos on it. The Google Pixel 7 Pro does very well in all comparisons. You really can't go wrong with getting one, in my opinion. I'm still very happy with my purchase. Plus, since Google is trying to get people onboard with their phones (ie: pulling people away from Apple and Samsung), they sell their phones for a very affordable price.

It works very well on social media platforms.

I have no experience with that operating system. I just figured that since Android is owned by Google, I may as well just use what it comes with, which has been fine by me. I figure you're not going to get much privacy with phones anyway, as you're constantly being triangulated, unless you're only using WiFi, and with no mobile data. But for that, I'd rather use a laptop. For my phone, it's just the basics for security: BitDefender, NordVPN, and common sense.

Have you ever tried that OS? I'd like to know your thoughts on it.

You should be able to get this back in settings.
I have the pixel 6 Pro and i can switch back to this

There should be a night mode setting
that prevent the blindness in a dark room

I've been researching this. Unfortunately, so long as you use the fingerprint reader, you have to deal with this situation. Apparently, it needs to generate enough light to get an accurate reading of your fingerprint.
