Google penalties question

I read somewhere that if a site gets lots of DMCA reports it could get penalised by Google, for example Google could lower the search ranking of your website or even remove it from search results entirely and ban your domain.

But my question is how do onlyfans leak sites still get around this with no domain ban? I see some sites rank fast and get pages indexed fast and most of them are up for a couple of years.

Just guessing here but they might have different filters for adult sites. And copyright owner would have to report them first.

The primary goal of Google is to deliver people what they are looking for. If they are looking for trash, then Google won't mind serving them trash. The user retention matters a lot. Google bans sites/pages if they violate copyright. Many piracy sites get away just by keeping copyright content in sub-domains and separate pages. So, the home page remains clean with just a search bar or button to check lists. It makes home page free from copyright content and safe from Google. The nulled plugins sites usually get away with user-generated content clause and can even run adsense ads. People have to manually write to Google to remove each page and then the sites create a duplicate page within a few minutes. These strategies made piracy unavoidable.

Most of the sites that host Only Fans content are hosted offshore, and ignore all the DMCA reports for their clients.
