  • This is usually an indication of a crappy hosting provider. I see your site is hosted with Namecheap, I highly recommend you switch to a more robust and faster hosting provider (not a shared account)
• Delay the execution of non-critical or non-essential third-party scripts
  • For example, the YouTube-embedded script is triggering lots of performance issue and this is a resource that is NOT needed to paint the above-the-fold section of the page so, we can safely delay its execution to give the HTML doc more time to properly render other more critical resources.
  • Same goes for scripts coming directly from the theme.
    • Adding a 5sec delay should give other critical resources the chance to render
