Any once knows when Google is going to update the website PageRanks??? I am waiting for my blog it is still on zero....

I know I have to wait for that... but when it is going to update... any body here who have some news about it?
 
Pagerank is pretty much dead now, it's not a good metric to go by, I'm still not sure why so many sellers on here are using PR as a selling point.

Yes, a large number of sellers are busy to provide high PR links.... and we are also looking for High PR blogs, forums and other portals for SEO.
 
@Lisa:

If you found a site with highly competitive keyword on page 1 and having PR0 or 1 and on the next side a site with PR 5 but on page 5/6 or more lower. Then which one you'd select??

Yes, go with Social Media, don't go with blog comments, blog comments are dead ...get Twitter and Facebook homepage links and you're on top
 
PR is really an outdated metric. mozDA i think is what people look at now
 
I usually don't buy anything that has "high PR" in it. Same as with "Hummingbird safe links". Hummingbird has nothing to do with spam.
 
PR is going to die soon.. so better look for some other stats buddy!
 
At the end, I just recognized Social Media is best so far.... So, from now I am going to go ahead with Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and some others but I know it takes time to get ranked through social media, I don't have any any good experience about it but for sure I am going to give it a try. Thank You all.
 
Unfortunately they are not going to update it in the near future, so it is better to forget it.
 
Think less of PR and think more of highly unique content. That's the only way. If you wait for PR then you might as well be good at watching Indian Films (that never ends LOL :)).
