It was mostly an update for content.
Having keyword in the article title means relatively nothing to how much you talk about related stuff in it.
Make content for or like entities.
For ex Adidas or Nike is entity. Best tennis shoes is not an entity.
You can make it an entity article if it stands out from the other and people start searching for you.
Similarly your pat care is not an entity. An article linking or talking about known entities in cat care somewhat is.
In short a keyword is not an entity if you don't talk about it in detail or link to other resources.
You can do it semantically by going cross language creating new entity like keywords for search engines.
