Someone here told me they would teach me how to do it for 15K USD which made me realize it must be way more easy that it seems.
Sure enough, there are several ways to circumvent the GMB post card activation process.
What I did was Google the hell out of it for a few days until I found, figured out and completed the activation process.
If you would rather pay someone that is cool But if you are on a tight budget, you can Google it and get the answer.

someone told me 15gs too. but of course i am researching it to see

I believe there is a way to get instantly verified if you have search console. Check online.
 
I agree with some of the comments made here; nobody is going to teach you their method without getting proper compensation for the knowledge revealed.

It's much tougher to verify USA listings now than it was just a few months ago. Most GMB sellers are out of business. So, the market price has gone up since then.

No matter what method you do, it's important to not leave any footprints that Google can capitalize on at a later point in time. Using the same addresses is definitely a footprint and will bite you in the Heini, eventually.

GMB listings are NOT created equal.

Put your GMBs on clean Gmail accounts.
 
It's a mystery when and how it works. In the past I managed to proceed with instant verification but I can't replicate it although I have google search console.
