i followed the video exactly. the first problem was, i stucked on sing-up process because i have to setup a campaign+payment.
i solved this with an different country "united states" and currency "US Dollar". with these seetings sign-up worked.
but after all, i still just see ranges in my mcc account. and a red message "your account isn't active".
update: it works now. but i dont know why. thanks for this awesome trick!

Google are going to the dogs because they're just so damned greedy.
Had a customer sign up for adwords, but the only adwords it would let him join was "adwords express" or whatever it's called - all you can do is put in your industry description - no keywords - and Google "does the rest for you".
You can guess what happened.
He's installing electric vehicle charging units, so:
1) search for "electric vehicle chargers" or words related to installing one - nothing, no ad showing at all.
2) search for "restaurants with an electric vehicle charging bay" - he's number 1.
£200 in 1 week later he shut it down in disgust.
They need to change their motto to "don't be greedy"
