Google isn't showing the <title> tag text of my webpage on SERP, instead of that it's showing a keyword of the website which even not used on the page at once.

How I suppose to get back the title tag text on SERP result?

Update the title, save page, manually submit via search console

Actully there is one more thing, when I tried to see the cache page of that link. Google send me to the 404 page. What can be the reason behind this?

If you're website is based on WordPress, check your SEO plugin. Let's say, you have Yoast! installed. Go down to the page and press click on "Edit Snippet" and insert the correct information. After, fetch the website through the Webmaster Tools, if you have an account there, and wait a few seconds/minutes/hours/days. Google should update it with the right information.

Here is the title tag:

If you are sure that your page has correct title tag, you just need to go Search Console > Crawl > Fetch as Google
I am not sure about other issues without looking at it, but that should solve your issue.
