Google is suspending accounts for Tech Support

I sincerely apologize for my words. But i just wanted to help the guy from PC Tech Support. Even you know i am also from PC Tech Support vertical and thousands of us have been banned forever. And if there would have been such a solution, everyone would spend any sort of money! People charge a $1,000 just to create an account for which they are not even sure whether it will work or not. Even i paid some random guy $300 and in 3 days the account got suspended.
I once again apologize from the bottom of my heart if i might have offended you. I know you from last one year and have good knowledge of your capabilities and your skill. But at the same time, i didn't said crap or threw shit here onto a thread, that's what made me mad!

That's ok, there is always a solution, and the fact that people are not advertising, does not mean there is not a solution. You see, my moto is: "everything is possible". I have clients who run casino ads with Adwords using same account for months (and some for years), the trick is not doing what everyone does, but being more creative and sophisticated than others. It starts with picking the right keywords, and using certain Adwords accounts that will never get banned (even if caught cloaking).

Google before suspending the account for tech support never gave any warning for any kind of violation. Also the reason for suspension has never been clear to the tech support companies.
Account Managers never responded back and were taken off just before when it was required the most. This has been partial attitude of Google to advertisers and need to attention by Google but it was instead let down by the Customer support team by giving no support to the team. Question remains why still there are companies who weren't complying to policies still exist.
I can still see major spenders in the market who violited policies are still running. Google jammed small entities maybe to pay way to big giants. Big giant still use trademark terms and had been using Toll Free is text ads post the policy rolled out by Google.
I have also heard that some companies have approached CCI (Competition Commission of India) where the companies have been shutdown because of Google sudden suspension of account without any reason. Sudden suspension of mass account has affected the industry and if anyone is aware how to join this petition with CCI then please let us know.

Sorry to hear about the suspension of your tech support adwords account too..I am also from a tech support industry..use to spend almost $250,000.00 - $300,000.00 on a monthly basis which I am sure iyogi/guruaid and all other big players may be doing now..I tried to make several accounts after my primary account was suspended however each time google was able to track us down and suspend the new account..off lately I read few articles which claims to use all fresh details(new pc/new ip/new cc/new billing address) in order to create a new adwords account however I doubt because google has banned all remote tech support companies. Now this ban is also in question as you rightly said there are few of my competitors like iyogi/guruaid/myphonesupport/itechline and few others are still running their ads with trademark policies. To be very true with you, all these companies never came close when my ads used to run they were like new born babies..
Now coming to a point how we can get back to the business..I think contacting CCI will just be a waste of time and time consuming and we don't have time for this..we are business men and want to get back to the business asap..Do let me know if you come up with any solution to this and definitely I am trying my best to get back to the business and trying all means for same and will let you know if any positive response..Till the time keep smiling and be positive:)

I had couple of guys coming over to me for running Adwords campaign for Pc/Anti-Virus and all stuff. Later I came to know about BAN.

Post that, tried PPV, Bing but call center (with real people waiting for calls) cant survive with the little traffic what the said methods had for campaigns. Had to stop the campaigns.

It would be real great if there is any solution to the BAN.

I will not agree to the statement " Google has BAN Tech Support " PPC because every day I have been monitoring google and everyday there is a new company which come up with their ads today there is a new bird flying which is "TecBirdie" may be some call center in Dwarka New Delhi..we have tagged these centers as " Kabootar Khana" because once you visit there centers you automatically say the same words..
However the point is has google banned the tech support industry or not to which my simple reply is NO because there are centers which are running their tech support ads and violating trademark policies as well..but I am not sure how? Maybe they have someone in google who is helping them out..maybe they have hired a USA based PPC Advertising company or maybe they are bribing google.
 
I have been seeing the same rant quite a lot in adwords forum and now here as well. Looks like lots of Tech support guys joined in eh . so far been contacted by 11 People for running their campaigns lol . Sorry but I don't work in this vertical .

Read my original reply again, there is nothing wrong with Google but something with your business model. Due to the law suits they were getting for trademarks , they are now cranking up on these things. Tech support accounts were heavily abusing trademark and user safety policies so they are trying to fix their stuff now.

I understand we are in the world of Black hat marketing (BHW) but sorry to say this is how it is. Hate me for that .,

Thanks for the comments mentioned above. It feels good to comment and be a decision maker or be a hero in your own imaginary world. Must make you feel good by the end of the day, but I believe the reason why we all are here is to share our best practices or malpractices to ensure the person or entity on the other end is not suffered by Google. One may be not aware how it feels when your company is shut down and your own employees are fired. Think about it. If you have any suggestion for our friend nikil79 so that he can restart his business which will be really appreciated by numerous people.
 
For now what i think is that we need to use Bing as that is the last platform for generating traffic for PC Tech support sites and for Adwords, that's a wild goose chase. I spoke with GuruAid Senior PPC Manager quite a while ago in Mumbai and asked how Guruaid is still able to run ads. His reply: " We have internal people in Google who ensure that our accounts run and we spend a lot of money on PPC". So that's not Blackhat that these big names are doing. Everyone wouldn't be able to do that. Maybe cloaking can help. But only an expert can say exactly!

There is a Permanent Solution to this as i am able to run ads in Adwords from last couple of months now and i have posted Screenshots of my Working Adwords Account for PC Tech Support as well. Please contact me if you need any help!

Well guys it is wrong that you cant run tech support ads anymore. We can able to run the ads in tech support niche, recently one of my client did on some of the accounts i provided.

So i am sure, you can run them, just you need to follow some rules, and good to go.
