Google is suspending accounts for Tech Support

The paid listing would be from another country but we cant do that in India anymore for technical support.
And i cannot find any source for that but i know many accounts have been banned that were for technical support.

Traffic from Bing is too low and companies cannot rely on Bing, they need adwords :(
 
I am a Google Partner (Former Adwords certified partner) and aware that google is suspending and has suspended a lot of tech support accounts but it's not even close to "thousands" as you have mentioned. The number is coming right out of thin air.

Do you seriosly see 1000 ads on google for "tech support" ?

For most of them the reason given was "user safety" and no matter how much you cry that there was nothing wrong with the site there was . A lot of fishy things were going on behind the scans. .

Guys, When you search for "AOL Support" and you see 4 ads all claiming to be "AOL Certified support" or "Official Support" with a phone number, what you think ? How legit that business is. And for supporting old mans these support companies charges them near 150-200$ per call and then pitch for an yearly contract to fine tune their computer.

Other than user safety these sites were abusing the Trademarks heavily. And since Google is being hard on trademark uses day by day the ban hammer was striked on a lot of accounts..

And Nikhil can you post the URL of the site here ? Just so we know what kind of Legit business we are talking about.

I think you are right that must be the reason the accounts are getting banned
And i am PM u the site URL do not want to share it publicly
 
I do know that they ban adwords account which sell backlinks or any type of seo thing, but computer tech support, seems bad.

Well last time i checked (2 month back) for a backlink provider, they didn't banned the account but just disapproved the ad and "site suspended" :). I am pretty sure in next couple attempts they would have banned it anyway

I am not sure if you got the idea of clocking right . Mind explaining how it will help instead of tossing this mysterious world "clocking" ? I have been hearing this quite a lot just like the word "algorithm" being used by programmers when they don't know how to explain stuff.
 
if you use adwords then you will know about it.

many keywords now have a "trademark" written with them and you can't advertise on those keywords.

you can advertise on "tv" but not on "samsung tv"

they will ban you when company will send them a complaint.

Cloaking is not going to work in this sort of Mass Ban by Google. Third party technical support is banned due to User Safety policy and that can't be fixed by any sort of change whatsoever! This kind of Mass ban was also seen in year 2009 by Google! It's like an audit; they find the guilty and punish them. I have also taken a hit, but as they say, it is a part of the game! Move on...!

Please, cut the crap. you can advertise whatever niche you want (that violate any Google TOS), you just need to be a little bit more sophisticated & creative and not throwing craps like: "Move on"

Get a life lil forum champ. When 2 months back in september, i asked you about running my tech support ads. You said you can't if Google banned the industry. And now you are telling people shit here. try to help anyone in Tech Support industry and then talk.

And i guess you are speaking shit because my comment might have scared your customers away. You try to charge people 800 bucks or 900 bucks for crap? Comon. I was trying to tell the guy the right thing. You are just a kid and no idea what PC Tech support is all about. I am an Indian and from PC Tech support industry. Thousands of accounts got banned in September and its been 2 months; no one is able to come back. people used to spend $10K a month in advertisement. if there would have been such a solution everyone would do that. In PC Tech support we pay thousands of $$$ just to manage our ads.
One small suggestion hot head, when you don't know exactly about a niche, don't try to become a "JACK OF ALL".
