As everyone is aware of google's new policies. They have not mentioned anywhere banning Remote Tech Support industry however they are strict and will only allow advertisers on their network who meet their policies. So their is a hope for this industry just follow the policy and you are good to go.

call adwords to help you setup the account ....
mention that you are 3rd party support providers
and you are good to go...
Recently i worked with a local company to set there campaign
not banned.. though we are not bidding on any brand keywords... The CPC was too high anyways...and i found a lot of non branded buyer keywords for eg " Blue screen "
Well dude any new born baby can get an adwords with those kind of keywords and ads and these kind of keywords will never give you traffic. The challenge is to run ads (generic) like '' Call for Antivirus Support " and bid on keywords like " Norton Support " Mcafee Support " and so on..these are the keywords who will give you traffic and conversion.

I personally have more then 5 clients of techsupport in past. But industry is like little scam because of some bad people. even they have problem with payment gateway also.
Here is a problem there is lot of complaints from people from USA even orignal companies like Hotmail, MSN because people giving support for that services. and even they are promoting with their logos.
Now about 90% tech support companies closed. And who want to do serious business they even can not do business. But i am still finding the way. But when i got some time i will do that.

GJ bumping up a 2 year old thread.
Do not go into tech support. Due to a few bad actors they banned tech support almost entirely. Not just Indian call centers. Supposedly it was due to a decision from their legal team. There's hundreds of horror stories all over the Adwords forum.
