Google Guarantee Help!

Hey Guys,
Does anyone know the guidelines for the google guarantee program? Not the basic stuff like license, car, t shirt etc...
but more of the unknown factors.. What do the advanced verification team actually look for both during the video call and also their checks online which they dont disclose.
Does it matter if i manage my dashboard of account from a computer that is not in the region of the business? (handle stuff for a client so my ip is different than theirs)
If anyone has gone through the process and passed or failed i would love to hear your insight!

Yes, but the main account IP must be local. Managerial access can be given to any.
