I'm asking about google not indexing new posts (forum, website, blog). Why so?

Takes time to recrawl, new articles have nofollow?

because (forum,website,blog) is not quality.

It just takes more time than before but hey do index ;)

do you want to index post you made in forum and blogs bOP

Submit post via console works fine. My articles gets indexed within an hour. Tier 1/2 links are more of a challenge, except for quality PBN articles (those index in a day or two).

Citations, profile links, blog forums - a little bit harder to index naturally. You might need an indexer service, use social signals or contextual links on a quality web 2.0 like Medium/blogspot.

I want to index the company's social bookmarking system. I can not use google search console

You can always submit a property to Search Console and crawl fetch pages - one that you control and just 301 redirect to the external properties (after indexed) and then you can resubmit/crawl again.

I have not done this in the last 4-5 months but have done this before a few times with success...

Just thought I'd share.

if you post is guest pos like that ...google take time to crawl.
some times it is defends on the site is ********/nofollw.
if the guest posting site is no follow maybe that's kind of post take time 1month more

Check your Google Webmaster's Tools. There's an option for a manual submission/request to get a link indexed.
Also, submit your sitemap. That'll help.

If it is not crawling, either your site already has a penalty, or your content is simply not good enough, or there's just no link linking to your site, thus, there's just no way the search engine will be able to find your site.
Or if your site has no penalty, content is good, but has no link linking to your site, then you can try submitting your sitemap to G and let their crawlers do the work for you.
Or if you dislike submitting sitemaps, then submit your site to an instant link indexing service, which should be able to index your site within 8-24 hours time. If within 8 hours, your site should be quality, if 1 week, then the content is not good enough.

Pig the links to articles on Twitter. From there, many robots come. At once. Because Twitter is quickly indexed. He's a newsman!
