Google Deindexing Bug?

Has anyone experienced google deindexing today?

For example, my client's service page was deindexed. tried to index via GSC but not working.

Is anyone experiencing the same?

The strange thing is that everything seems to be normal when I check the URL in GSC.

Also saw some tweets about the same on Twitter

In the last week, one of my sites, thousands of links just deindexed without any reason.
 
Relax! Google is having just fun. They know that they have enough resource and people who serving the google to fulfill demand. Nowadays they don't care they just keep shuffling websites here and there. Not like other search engines.
 
Not every site was impacted by this de-indexing bug .... It can mean you saw zero pages drop out of the Google Index or it can mean you saw 50% of your pages drop out of the Google index. Each site is unique and each site can be impacted differently by this bug.

May be you have some Crawl Errors
In some cases, Google will not index some pages on your site because it can't crawl them. Even though it can't crawl them, it can still see them. To identify these crawl errors, go to Google Webmaster Tools → Select your site, → Click on “Crawl” → Click on “Crawl Errors”.

Some of the Reasons for Pages De indexing :

Unnatural Links to/from Your Website
Low-quality guest posting.
You acquired too many inbound links to your site in a short timeframe. To Google, this can look like you're buying links.
Spam blog commenting.
Participating in link exchanges or link farms.

Shuffling?? That's what we call ranking algorithms nowadays? And you think other search engines are better in this "shuffling" of yours? If they were, they wouldn't have less than 20% market share combined together.

Cool! You know game better than me. IDC how much market they have or thier neighbors have invested into their ponzischeme. End of the day I care how much I'm milking out my money. That what most of internet companies are doing nowadys.
 
My first deindexing since January. I was growing steady towards 30k indexed pages and it went down with 100 pages. It is strange as I see no reason for it, but I am not worried atm. No downtimes, 0 to 0.2% indexing fails in the past 3 months in a few random days, so everything looks cool.
 
it happened to me too today, I have an article that is indexed for the GSC but when I do site: domain I can't find it.
Now I'm trying to index the last article I published but it seems like doesn't want to index it. We'll see.
 
nothing happened to me, hopefully not some other shit G update.

Wow, the amount of pages of your website is huge.

May I ask you if they are autogenerated, spun or manually written content? And what tools or plugins do you use to generate such amount of content?

And then webmasters wonder why Google treats them like shit.

It's backed with an API. The content is autogenerated based on many conditions, but since it deals with sports data, it's OK. Not really using plugins for this, it's all custom made on Node/PHP/JS (with WP as CMS) but it was a pretty bad decision to mix up PHP in this.
 
Reading this....and more; I can't help but wonder...who let the dogs out? We seem to be, well most definitely, responding to a puppet master in predetermined ways, somebody is having a laugh with this internet thingy.....right? Reminds me of the ESL, create a Frankenstein, and everyone dives right in.
