Google Data Studio Help

I am trying to add up numerous campaigns Advertising spend in Google Data Studio. For some categories, there are less than 10 Campaigns, so I simply add a filter including the Campaign IDs that I want to be collecting the data for. For this certain category, there are over 10 campaigns so I, therefore, can't add all of the Campaign IDs as the filter only allows for up to 10.

Does anyone have any nifty workarounds that I could use?
