When I publish any post on my blog is ranked on the first page and after some days IT slipped on 2nd or 3rd page. How can I resolve this issue?

if it's a Google Dance, it should be back up to the First Page. Until then, I guess you just have to dance with the flow..

I think it's not a dance, but a new content priority listing. New or fresh content that gets published from an authority site would get the prime spot for 1-2 days, and when the content isn't new or fresh anymore, the regular metrics that the search engine uses would kick in and sort your content according to the appropriate rank that the search engine sees appropriate.
You can either boost your site's authority further, or build quality backlinks to that particular post, targeting a specific anchor text/keyword, and that would signal the search engine to give extra attention to your post, and perhaps renegotiate your post's ranking for that keyword in the process.

Thanks for your suggestion
