The only actual errors are the 404s, 403 and the redirect error,

404s reffer that some of you pages crawled by g bots are deleted (not found),
you should fix whatever problem causing this, either by redirect, removing broken links, etc...

403 reffers that your website blocked one of the g bots when trying to access the page,
just double check with your firewalls, CDNs and make sure you're allowing google to crawl all of the website pages,

the other 'errors' are not actually errors, google is simply telling you it didn't index these pages for certain reasons,
blocked by robots.txt and alternate page with proper canonicals are completely fine to have,

the "no indexed" pages are usually a bad sign that reflects to low authority of the website itself,
google is simply not indexing your pages because they're not worthy to be indexed for whatever reasons they're considering
