Same in Italy.
I have a lot of web sites (my client's web site, indeed) and some of them drop (on keyword-base. I mean, not all the keyword for the same domain drop, but only some, where other kw are stable), and other domains gain (fewer, sadly..).
Just wait to see what happen, but I agree with qwerty13 when he say "Google needs more $ from adwords so they drop some sites".
In the end, it's just that..

My sites have jumped back up to where they was or higher in the UK. So all back in top 3/4
All I did was lowered my anchor text %, nofollowed widget links and disavowed a few links (unsure if the latter made a difference)
Took 10 days in total to get ranks back.

Before you had exact match anchors? LSI? Or just URL anchors?

My exact match was at around 23-35% on them all, however now i've completely lowered that to below 10% on them all.
I used some web 2.0 profiles, used LSI on some of my PBN posts

Agreed, I saw some new site rank up today, that site did not do anything.
Do not how long need to wait for the ranking go back.

how did you figure out what links to disavowed? did you use majestic , ahref, something else? thanks in advance

i think this update is more about "onsite" factor, site navigation,content etc rather than offsite factor...
i have 2 blog with one louzy site nav,bad content spell ,with only max 200 char post is hit really hard from 8k Unique visit to just 128 visitor dailly while the second blog is prety much the same but not as hard the first one (40% decreased dailly visit) , The onsite is slightly much better than the first blog egg content is well written around 500 Char for each post but site structure is far from "standart"
