Is it a bug or have Google now made it so that you can only view data when running a campaign?

Yes, they are showing now only estimated ranges. Does anyone know a decent alternative?

isn't bug it's update from Google , i can't recommend free alternative but there's cheap services offer that like keywordrevealer.com ....,
that services could get that spending on adwords accounts ..., so Google want us to pay for adwords in the end ...

I found semrush.com as an alternative but i'm not sure how much reliable their data is.
