Google Adword Account needed, PPC specialst wanted

I am looking to buy Google adword account and my client has a daliy advertising budget of one thousand till the end of 2014.

We are looking for experienced PPC speacilist to run our compagin and we have at least 10 site that we need PPC on google, bing, or FB.
