I use Google Adsense on my sites, but I've heard that PropellerAds popunder ads do very well. I'm wondering if implementing popunder ads on my site with AdSense is breaking any policy guidelines. I've read the guidelines myself and am confused as to whether they're allowed or not. If you know anything or have experience, please help.

I wouldn't do both at once, personally.
Try PropellerAds by themselves - create a version of your website that is identical, except for changing the AdSense ads for PropellerAds ones, and add popunders, too. Make the new website live.
Then see which makes you more money per same amount of traffic. Then either stay (if you're making more) or move back to Adsense (if you're making less). I would do this test for a month - more comprehensive that way.

Adsence is a winner if you no how to get huge traffic.
