Hi guys , am new to google ads, i want to run google ads with my website . But dont know where to start. Can someone please help me out on where to start ? all the expert guide will be appreciated. Niche is Pet.

Not an expert, but elaborate what you need?
you can start with making adwords acc, than put your ads there.
the rest is optimizing ads, what works, what not works. on text,and image.

hi there , i mean like do i need to create a new acc or do i buy an aged account already .
Adding the VCC
the creating the campaign

those are what am offer. what are some of the tips i should follow when creating or want to buy an acc? like i said am new to google ads. clueless lol

depend what kind of site you want to promote, if its real legit site, you can use your personal g acc, and your cc for that.
except you doesn't have cc, than you need to purchase a vcc to use.
