Hello everyone, Ive been dealing with a loop in google ads suspension appeals, I have a suspicious payment suspension however I have contacted google ads team and they told me it wasnt a suspecious payment issue, the problem that I receive each time I appeal is that I have an issue connected to another related account/accounts. so I need to ensure all my linked or preciously linked related accounts comply with the google ads policies.
Now the thing is, that I have 2 google accounts, My main and current one has an ACTIVE fully complying merchant center with no problems (it was suspended before but I closed it and then reopened it after a month or so, and it stayed ACTIVE with no problems in it with products live and its been more than a month like this so its in perfect condition), however the google ads is suspended here like I said before. for the old second google account, I have a merchant center that I think was suspended, however it has been closed a long time ago and was inactive since, now for the google ads account here, it was suspended because of merchant center, however two weeks ago it got unsuspended on the old google account that I no longer use, and its been inactive even before the suspension and Unsuspension. now the thing is that Ive tried appealing more than 5 times and I keep receiving the same automated message about the related account issue.
My question is, what am I supposed to do at this point, I have a business, a real business and this suspension is affecting my business a lot.
after that question, I have another question, on my old gmail google ads account is UNsuspended on google ads, should I switch to it and reopen my merchant center there? the problem that I Face here is that my current active suspensded google ads gmail account is indexed on my website everywhere, its a big website and to reindex the old gmail it will take a lot of time which is also a big problem. should I do this or do I try to open it without removing the gmail in the website so that makes it 2 google accounts for the website and for the google ads and merchant center, what do I do here?

Hello
What issue are you facing with your google ads account I will recommend you cloaking ads to get your ads approved
I didnt get to go live, I got suspended before my first ever ad, it was a suspicious payment suspension however I am 90% sure it was a bot automated suspension and not a real suspisous payment issue since they keep saying its a complying policy issue with related account and the fact that Ive contacted them about a review of my account.

To resolve the suspension loop, ensure all linked accounts comply with Google Ads policies. For your second question, switching to the old Gmail account might resolve the suspension issue, but reindexing your website could be time-consuming. Alternatively, you can try using both accounts—keeping the current Gmail indexed while reopening the Merchant Center on the old account. This approach minimizes disruption while addressing the suspension.

You should focus on fully resolving the suspension on your main Google Ads account because switching to the old account might create more policy issues due to having multiple accounts linked to the same business. Contact Google Ads support again, explain everything clearly, and request guidance on how to disconnect or resolve issues with the old account. Avoid running ads from two different accounts for the same business — it could lead to further suspensions. Only switch to the old account if Google explicitly advises it.

they do comply with the google ads policies, as in the accounts im aware of and 99% sure theyre the only ones out there.

I have appealed more than 5 times, each time with a stronger appeal, I even mentioned I keep getting the same automated message even after complying, however still get it. at this point I dont know what to do, Its really a loop. I saw some people say keep trying until google ads sees that youre putting effort and will lift the suspension but I dont see it happening in this situation, I really feel like i talk to bots.

Yes that is why we recommended cloaking ads
But what do you mean by cloaking ads, I dont know how it exactly works, isnt it after your account is active and fully live then I cloak ads? or is it right now while im suspended?

You're stuck in the related account loop—been there, it's a pain. Once Google flags one account, all connected ones are risky.

Best move:
– Stop appealing, it won’t change.
– Use the old account that’s now active.
– You can keep the same website Gmail, just don’t link it inside your new Ads/Merchant setup.
– Use clean IP, billing, and browser to avoid getting flagged again.

Good luck—you're not alone on this one.

Thank you for taking the time and replying friend, I will definitely do this since i have no other choice, do you think I should do anything to my current active account? like on merchant center, should i close it, and same thing for google ads to switch the activity to INACTIVE?

You should focus on fully resolving the suspension on your main Google Ads account because

I recommend that you use a different email address, a different domain name, and a different ip for each account to prevent being associated with a blocked account.

Your Main Issue: "Related Accounts" Suspension Loop in Google Ads

What you’re dealing with is unfortunately a very common and frustrating issue: Google detects a link between your current account and another account that violated policies. Even if the old account is now inactive or was closed, Google’s system often flags associations due to:

  • Shared IP addresses or devices;
  • Same payment methods;
  • Shared emails/domains/contact info;
  • Logging into both accounts from the same browser or network.

So even if your current Merchant Center is active and clean, the Google Ads suspension remains due to this "related account" flag.

Use an anti-detection browser to try to avoid associating new accounts with already-banned accounts.

Your accounts have been banned for both merchant center and google ads. Every time you reopen one, and spend money on it, google will know it's you, because your accounts are now linked, and this loop of suspensions will never end.

You can always try to relaunch your business on your google ads account that hasn't been banned, but I'll bet you $1,000 that it will be banned for suspicious payments.

I've had friends who managed to get back into google ads despite this, and spend over 50k dollars on their account, but this is not a desirable path, because I'll tell you frankly: you're going to struggle, and you can only count on luck.

In fact, and I recommend this even to White Hat people: train yourself in anti-detection methods.

Learn how to set up an anti-detection browser, have good proxies for google ads, have good credit card sources, and have google ads accounts that you've bought/rented from members of this forum's marketplace. Also master warming up google ads accounts, and all that goes with it.

I'll give you a shortcut, which may be cryptic if you're not familiar with it, but: 1 anti-detection browser profile - 1 google account - 1 google ads account - 1 new domain that has never been flagged by google ads - 1 proxy (residential/mobile from the same geo as your google ads account) - 1 credit card. This will be your setup for EACH google ads account. NEVER use previously banned accounts on your newly acquired accounts.

If you don't have any good payment methods for google ads, already, take prepaid cards available on the BHW marketplace (pst, mybrocard, etc.), and use them on google ads accounts that already have ad spend, just a few dollars. Why? Because these payment methods I've just mentioned aren't very good for starting out on 0 spend accounts, and in most cases you risk getting banned for suspicious payments. The google ads account with spend can override this, in my experience.

If you need advice, you can always contact me by private message on this forum.

To break the Google Ads suspension loop, ensure all related accounts are compliant, avoid repeated appeals without new information, and consider using your unsuspended account with distinct details to prevent further issues.

This. Try to unblock your first account.

Google thinks you're shady. Fix your site: real contact info, honest product info/pricing, clear policies (steal good ones), HTTPS checkout, and a fast site. Match your business info everywhere. Read Google's rules, pretend to follow them, and then appeal politely, detailing every fix. Stop looking like a scammer and hope they buy it.
