I have added both phrase match and exact match for the same keyword. Will Google ads count 2 clicks instead of 1 click now?
Suppose you have keyword car wash.
I added both +car +wash and [car wash] in keyword list. Now if the user enters by keyword car wash , it qualifies for both exact and phrase match. Will 1 click be counted as 2 clicks now and I will be charged twice instead of 1? Thanks.

+car +wash ==> This is Broad Match Modifier and AFAIK google removed this option to add keyword in this format.

"car wash" ==> This will be phrase match.

If you tick each keyword and click 'search terms' on the left menu you will see what people searched for in order for your ad to show

1/ As previously mentioned, this will be counted as only one click, as you'll have only one ad appear per auction.
2/ The +keyword +name notation (broad match modified) has been depreciated on Google Ads, phrase match (which uses the "keyword" notation) inherited its behavior.

It will be counted as 1 click.
Every time someone clicks in any of your ads, regardless of the searched keyword, it will count as 1 click in your admin panel.
