Sounds like you started with an automated bid strategy. You can either switch to manual cpc or wait it out.
Did you use a tCPA? Is it realistic?
Your CTR seems low, are your ads relevant to the keywords? Is it attractive?
If you have the display network enabled, make you enabled it on purpose and not by mistake.

my bid st is maximize clicks. display and search networks are closed. some keywords has 10/10 quality score. Anything to add?

Looks like your impressions are going to ramp up, but even with high QS, your CTR will determine how many of these impressions you can technically monetize, so I'd suggest putting a bigger effort there.

so the key is increasing CTR. Thanks
if you aren’t using up your entire daily budget, then impressions probably wont increase. Unless there is a natural human increase in searches, then in such case impression will increase (obviously) & thus your daily budget may be used up and in such case increase the budget slowly and you’ll receive more impressions and clicks. (Assuming the increase in human searches continues) - actually happened recently to one of my campaigns.
