Unlike before, when I create a campaign from a new Gmail account, it seems like Google Ads is restricting that account. The most common reason is suspicious payments.

How do I resolve the issue of creating a campaign from a new Gmail account?

Do you always file an appeal?

What account are you using to create new campaigns? For example, a Gmail account that was created a few years ago.

Agency accounts are self-explanatory. I can create agency accounts too. I am currently investigating the overall situation.

If you think that's the issue, why not purchase some old gmails? Or try some other email accounts to sign up. Eventually it's a google account that's needed to sign up for a Google ads account!

when exactly is the account getting suspended is it immedieately after creating is it after adding payment method or afer crating a campaign

Because there is a price difference between the existing account and the old account.

I've tested it and it mostly happens during the first campaign creation and sometimes after the campaign creation is complete. The latter seems to be when Google is lagging.

I always think that buying an "aged" account is a waste of time.

Unless you can absolutely guarantee it was warmed in your target country and it's been warmed recently, and not by a bot that is warming 1000 accounts in the same way, it's way safer to warm an account yourself.

You can warm your own account with like 20-30 minutes a day for a week and be safe in the knowledge that it was warmed properly.

The time invested is worth not wondering if it was the 10 cent "aged" Gmail you bought from some dodgy Russian site that got the ad account banned in my opinion

my suggestion is that you check if your IP is the target country and your payment method, etc.

most suspicious payments can be appealed. You usually have to verify your cc linked to the card and thats it. They may as well ask for documents to prove the ownership.

Most of my new accounts went into sus payment and most came out fine after verifying the cc.
As for gmail accounts, I have always setup fresh emails and they have worked out fine for me.
But all this depends on niche as well.

This may vary depending on how you created gmail, maybe the problem is not in gmail but in how you set up ads accounts?

If it is suspicious payment, filing an appeal is easy. It has nothing to do with newly created gmail account.

Do google ask you for advertiser verification or just VCC verification?

Most of the new accounts do have to verify account by the end of first month.
What about before that? Like after a week or first few days if that's the case does it mean google thinks there's something suspicious or it's normal?

That's don't make any sence in warming your account.
