Google Ads let my "illegal" ad run, how long ?

Hi Black hat guys i made ad for my CBD/hemp company and its alive 1 week. I pay for clicks everyday with debit card.
I used different cbd/hemp terms including "cbd" on all keywords and AD text (Not English) tried few times "cbd oil" disapproved instantly and got message not to try again.
Before starting campaign i hid few products, and i dont use any meta descriptions that Yost seo recommended , only product title and description has cbd,hemp term on it , ad was approved very quick CTR is 45.54% average position 1.0.
Few months ago i made successful ad too, without hiding any products on landing page , but i was suspended for suspicious payments (used my debit card on few ads accounts), and few others linked accounts was suspended too.
1. May Google check approved ad and ban it ?
2. Maybe i should stop my website from indexing? (i want invest in SEO, but afraid that optimizing may get google attention, Ads work great)
3. Any ways to survive longer ?
4. Domain may be blacklisted forever?
