Is it possible to reactivate a Google ad account that was suspended after failing advertiser verification? What exactly is necessary to do? Can you please help me?

If you are a legitimate advertiser (I assume you are), just reach out to there support and they will fix this for you.

if you are not a legitimate advertiser,

you need upload a photo of a fake id, but it's not as easy as you might think, go pro, or go homeee

No it is easy
But the problem is I already failed ad verification and they do not give opportunity to try it twice

In Google Ads, if advertiser verification has failed even once (for a Google Ads account), then just MOVE ON ... Dump that Google Ads account into the garbage bin and move on to the next Google Ads account.
In Google Ads, advertiser verification needs to be done correctly and cleared, in the first attempt. If the first attempt fails, nothing further can be done (neither their support cannot help in such a particular case).

You can recover the account, but that requires you have access to a google rep at a certain level, like LCS or at least Agency Support. The normal support however wont help here, thats true.
