Yea I meant I need a software that can harvest proxies so that I can use them for my scraping.

Scrapebox can scrape and test proxies and so can Paigham Bot proxy harvester and tester. They both can scrape public proxies and support loading private lists as well and testing if any proxy is working. Scrapebox is a great program and should be a tool in anyones marketing toolbox, but you should understand that there is a key difference between the two testers though.
Scrape box uses proxy Judges to test whether a proxy is working or not, whereas PB proxy tester uses an http process when testing a proxy, which grabs an actual real time response from the engine or site being tested against, which the PB team feels provides for more accuracy when testing if a proxy is working.

no public proxy has ever worked like a private proxy .
i use shared proxy for scrapping.
I use private proxy for posting.
to make accounts I use random mobile proxys.
on social bots like ig, I use mobile random proxy aswell.
will cost around $150 for proxy and $40 for vpn.
about $200 a month about right to scrape and post correctly.
public proxy no matter how fast are usually blocked from scrapping long data.
tried everything on the .net.
the best scrapper is gsa proxy scrapper if you insist.

Scrapebox uses both actually.
It first does a pass at one of several privately hosted proxy judges that scrapebox maintains.
Then it does a second pass with the "http process which grabs an actual real time response from the engine or site being tested against" By default this is google, but you can change it to be a custom test on any domain that you want.
Of course proxy testing is like .0001% of what scrapebox can do for you.
