You missed the important part "WARMING SERVICES"
Any mail sending application, first you need to consider warming the sending email account where emails are sent from your email account and mails are opened / links clicked and page visits.

without warming services all first mails lands into spam and then gets blacklist or suspended
Please check for spam keywords and delivery analysis. this will help.

Mailgun, sendgrip, sendpulse, sendinblue these are just front end software, important is IP reputation / domain reputation / email account reputation. using gsuite you get good IP reputation, the other two you need to take warming services.

So your mails landed into spam, stop immediately before you are marked as spammer, instead work on warming services which i provide for full one month. training your email account by sending mails / opening / link cliccks / domain visits etc...
