Good, cheap shared hosting for a newbie doing adult / heavy blackhat?

Hello. I'm new to IM. I'm wondering what host would offer the best package for me. Sites I plan to host will probably include adult content(possibly incest), dating offers, locked content, etc. I don't have a huge budget or huge needs for that matter, since I am just starting out. The main thing is that I feel like I should be hosted offshore so that incase I do something stupid without even realizing it, I will not be in a bunch of trouble with my local government. Is there any cheap, reliable shared hosting offshore that is good/reliable for someone with limited traffic? I was hosted with "fatcow" but they terminated my site for redirecting my domain to a cam site. They also only allowed 1 domain to have cpanel? Is that typical? Further, if I register my domain on US soil, can I still get in as much trouble... regardless of if my site is hosted offshore? Thanks in advance.

I hosted offshore with Mediaon.com and it was pretty simple. Their hosting is only like $10 a year lol so I was about to just use them for hosting but you have to register all your domains with them.

go with knownsrv.com. they do allow adult and i knw the owner too..
