Have you had a good personal experience with it?
Bluehost is cheap, I'm actually using it. Thing is, renewal is $9 a month and wanted something at least half of that.

Pick one of the two but not both.
I actually pay 0.45€/mo for unlimited sites on premium servers for my local sites. 0.3sec loading speed.

Dont hate me for saying this, but I've used almost every hosting provider within the first 10 pages of Google, and a good number of providers most never heard of... My absolute favorite to this day, and where I currently hold over 50 domains + several ev ssl certified websites is..... Don't laugh.......

Hear me out, easyWP is by far the most quality wp host FOR YOUR MONEY. They have premium hosting options for literally afew dollars. Their up time is above average, cdn is actually pretty good, under rated even. Their domain fees in total are dirt cheap, they include email trials for months, always include a free ssl, their customer service is above average in response and efficiency. They include a free WHOIS subscription as well. They accept almost every form of payment including crypto. I'm going to give my opinion without a referral. I really believe they are extremely overlooked as a viable option, but that's my 2.5 cents. Their dedicated hosting isn't amazing but unless you have a big project, it's okay. Only negatives i see are their transfer in fees.

@joeybb I can totally see that, blue host is as big as they are for a reason, i prefer to have month to month flexibility as i have moving parts that i just can't justify years worth, i do have a website there, no qualms but i guess maybe I'm bias as I've been with NC for long enough i think I can get by with my eyes closed.

Do they charge transfer fees even if I keep the domain name with another register? I've never switched hosting providers on the same website so clueless.

Hey @Blogmoz , if you transfer from another registrar into Namecheap, they charge you. If you transfer from one Namecheap to another, it’s free and instantaneous. Sometimes they do promotions for free transfers, but one of my premium domains cost me $27 from SEDO to Namecheap so. It’s not horrible but most do offer that free.

Bluehost support is crap. If you are working on a on-shore off-shore model ie client is in US etc and admin/dev is in India, Philippine. Admin/dev in India cant get support because they will send pin, otp crap to client email to verify the account. Client already shared hosting details now you want him to verify every time you need support like in the middle of fauhhking night. No no thats crap. Stay away from bluehost unless you want to use it for testing purpose only. Its had become like go daddy.
