If someone uses racist words we can raise the complaint. But what I talked above is different. its discrimination, which stands near to racist expression. My point is clear I believe, there is a trend here to avoid Newbies concern / help thread wrt to some one who has some reputation.

You may feel that as a newbie, and there might be assholes among members. I´ve also been a newbie here and got my fair share of shit, still get it sometimes from stuppid people. But as in real life, either you take the fight with coolness and explain what you think or you just block the asshole with the forums blocking function.
