Hi all,

Is there a set formula on how to get to 30 or 50 DA from scratch? I have a small local real estate agency in a small city. I am looking at outreach services, directories etc. If budget is unlimited, would it be best to go straight for the pricey High DA links, or do you need to gradually build up from low to high over time, or just get a mixture straight away?

Is there a rough guide for Eg, you need 'X' amount of 50DA links to become 50DA yourself?

Thanks

301 recirect of expired domain - but make sure u re niche related. Create own pbn, buy links, but everytime check if domain is enought DA for you + not so much spammy.

DA is just a metric based on a formula invented by Moz. It doesn't mean the higher the DA your website has, will be placed upper in search results. DA can be increased easily with blog posts.

I can do for you if you want increase your website DA ,Check out my service.

Please, what's the best practice to 301 expired domain to increase DA? 301 redirect to the homepage or inner pages?

Buying the more expensive link packages on here should work for you. I don't really see the need for you to build a PBN if you just have one site. Also, you don't want to use your first PBN on a site that you care about because there is a high likelihood that you messed something up on accident.

Not sure how much effort you want to place into this strategy. I agree with the last two members that even spammy links can improve your DA and you can easily pay a Fiverr seller $40 to get to DA 40-50 without having to do any work at all. Your time is better invested in acquiring quality contextual links with good citation and trust flow.

In this case numbers dont matter. Why are people so obsessed with DA lol? Unless you have DA 75 or above, DA is way down the rug in importance. Are you going to sell the domain or blog posts on it?

DA is not an indicator for business. You can using black methods to increase DA of your website.

Don't look at the metrics as they can be quite deceiving. When it comes to links, quality triumphs over quantity. Might sound cliche but it works wonders.

Da is crap, but if you really want to get some " DAs " then do loads of backlinks, I got 20 Da in 3 days of work and result will be shown in a week,
Ex:Go to Rachmaninoff profile here on bhw, do all the profile creation for your site.
There can be other ways to achieve that, but this is what I know.

By creating the Rachmaninoff links, did the site rank well?

DA can be manipulated with black hat spammy links. But those kinds of methods can be will not give any benefit in google ranking. You can get ROI from google ranking, not by high DA

Building backlinks is the right idea, in addition to that publish articles related to real estate in your blog. It will increase your site strength and traffic too.
