You mean you are considering hiring GoDaddy to do SEO for you? I would not recommend it. I am not sure what you mean by "manual." Doing it yourself? If you don't have a big budget, doing it yourself will get you the best results for lowest cost.

GoDaddy? It's been a while since I used them ... I said NO since Bob Parsons killed that elephant or giraffe ... or whatever ... just for fun.
Also, GoDaddy SEO? Never heard of anyone actually using their services. I bet they'd be super expensive and would provide shitty and basic SEO anyway ... do SEO yourself!
