I have question about godaddy auctions. There are a lot of domains which has DA 0 PA 0 CF 0 TF 0 Backlinks 0 and worth 37k. On example this domain soeasytoremember.com My question is why, I mean it can't be just a name of domain, right?

it is just a name of domain but someone who sells it thinks it is fancy and worth this price

There are domain that cost thousand with 0 link maybe the buyer has already some plans and like the domain

You can once check the following sites in Expired domain whether it is available or not then take further action

Yap, pretty much the name of the domain plays a major role ex- sites seller on flippa, they do charge a high price for a brandable site

You don't pay thousands of dollars for a domain, because that "simple string" worths that price.
You buy it to build a business around it, that can make you much more than the price of the domain.
Or to sell it for someone, who hopes the same.
