Goals for 2014

Hey guys,

Just a quick update regarding my goals.

GOAL 1:

My network grew last week from 150 to 160k of real followers, really happy with that as I was worried I would lose a lot of followers with the name changes etc.

GOAL 2:

I am slooowly starting to make money on my other accounts as followers grow. Hoping next month I will pull in $500.

GOAL 3:

Steadily gaining followers everyday, I gained just under 2k last week. I will monetize this soon.

Just another quick update regarding my goals.


GOAL 1:


My network has quickly grown 150 to 170 of real followers over last 2 months, I am extremely happy with the rate of growth as they are very organic. I am NOT buying any followers so engagement of my content is extremely high as a result.


GOAL 2:


I have added another society6 profile, so I am now at 7 profiles with the best page pulling in $300 a month. The new profiles are slowly gaining followers and making money.


GOAL 3:


Same as previous update, steadily gaining followers everyday. Best tumblr blog hit 5k followers (started 2 months ago). I will look at monetization options soon.

OTHER UPDATES:

I have looked at gym apparel, so I created my own gym clothing label (@gymlifeapparel)

I have started a motivational apparel range aswell (@motivationalapp)

I have started a logo design company (@locoaboutlogo), which I already have gotten 2 jobs from

I have also started a graphic service (@needagraphic)

I am hoping by the end of the year to join up with a proper clothing production line and share the profits (60/40)

Also hoping to be the most popular logo design network on twitter.

The last update are in it's infancy but I have big dreams for them.
 
Damn gonna follow this, good luck on goal 1 especially!
 
Goal 2

Quick update regarding my Society6 take over.

My 6 profiles are quickly gaining revenue.

Yesterday was my best day so far, I made $100 from 4 of my 6 accounts. Today so far (8:00am) I am up $20 so it's looking good for this month. Hopefully it will get better.

Still yet to start my Zazzle take over :)

Just a quick update regarding my society6 accounts.

At the moment I am sitting on $380 for this month so far, I'm hoping to hit $500 and then try for $700 next month. I have set up a wanelo.com account and pushing my work on there for more traffic. Will look at pinterest in the coming days as well.

Lost 4 twitter accounts, not too annoyed as they were the minnows with only 6k each.

Tumblr is growing steadily and started to monetise some of the websites, making $10 a week but it will grow quickly.

On a side note I am trying out facebook ads today. Spending a whopping $10 and directing the clicks to my society6 product. Will let you know how the conversion rate turns out.
 
Also forgot to mention, I met up with an old school friend yesterday and it turns out he is into IM as well. We had a great chat out our aims and ambitions and he has a viral website which he started up last month. I told him about ways to generate huge traffic and other ways to get social media popularity. I suggested we take his already established viral website and think bigger. Threw out some ideas and he was very interested. We are going to be sitting down Monday and talk a bit more.

So my friend and myself are teaming up on a viral website. At the moment I am working on our social presence and driving more traffic to the site using my various methods :)

We are going to split the google adsense 50/50 but it may be some time before that happens with a $70 payout and the site only being born.

Will of course keep you updated along with my other ventures :D

Oh my society6 is at $487 so I will smash my $500 goal for this month... next goal will be $700 :cool:
 
I will also update at the end of every month with my OVERALL income from my online ventures (incl. freelance design work)

At the moment I am at $2411
