I own a company with a brick and mortar building that is GMB verified, I own 5 rental properties (homes) in the city and would like to use those as new locations, get all GMB verified, optimize them and start bringing in more business. I have also gotten 5 dedicated phone lines for each office that will all be routed to my cell.
I've heard that I should first season these 5 locations by getting citations done on all as well as social media before I try and get GMB's on them. I am using the same VPN everytime to log in and would create a new company email account and have seperate GMB's for each location. Once verified I would optimize the shit outta all of them.
My question is should I use my real company name with or without city keyword with a city page redirect to my real website or spam the hell out of 5 newly created websites?
Will having a house as the address be a problem?
Should I hide my address and list these as an SAB and if so won't that hurt my ranking?
I think both violate Google policy but I'm not going to ever rank with one GMB with the competition like it is and I need to do something. There are examples in my industry where someone opened up shop just 3 years ago and are now showing 15 locations in the same city all going to shared offices. They've been able to scale in 3 years what would normally take 10.
The long game is too tough and I want to dominate.....help me out. Any suggestions greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance
