Giving up US citizenship soon

But due to the exit tax and the 10 years of 31 days or more visting America = Tax resident, its best to do it as young as possible.

Absolutely. If I were in your shoes I would do it, definitely. Unfortunately USA have super high tax rates all over. Except for Delaware company which pays 0% corporate tax.
I think the stereotype about USA beeing number 1 option is for all the hollywood movies coming from US.

Well since you guys are buying and selling some pretty odd stuff here sometimes I would like to buy your residency for $10 :)

What about Belize or Greenland in terms of tax, business setup and cost of living?

Move to Ireland /sweden Something like that Would be nice..

Ireland has high income tax rates, anything over €32,800 is taxed at 41% and thats not counting the social taxes. There is the issue of no studio sized apartments the minimum size in Dublin is 55 square meters.

In 2007, the council increased minimum permissible sizes to 55sq m for a one-bedroom apartment, 80sq m for a two-bed, and 100sq m for a three-bed.

There are several things that you'll have to consider if you're going to give up your US citizenship.

I know that the primary reason behind why you'd like to do it is due to tax reasons. You can always try incorporating a business if you're making money independently and if you're an individual there are ways to minimize taxes drastically depending on if you own assets or properties:o.

In the long run, it's best to stay in US and still be able to enjoy the benefits of tax savings regardless of your income level. PM me your skype if you'd like to chat about it:). I personally helped a few companies and high net worth individuals with that exact issue. It's not complicated if you know exactly what you're doing.

Ireland is about 40%, Sweden about 60%. Bad idea to save on taxes.

Belize is excellent, no income tax AFAIK, atleast not for business. They have benefit of IBC if you don't live in Belize. No annual bookkeeping. 0% taxes. Perfect if you do only internet marketing. Bad if you use your company with paypal as Belize banned PayPal.
Negative statement that Belize have relatively bad reputation of money laundery and drug dealing.
