This "Stuna" guy is getting humiliated on another web forum for spamming and spreading viruses

Hi the bot won't load on my PC. I followed the steps but the bot not load even it's shown in processes. I am using Windows 7 Professional and have installed the NET Framework 3.5 and after that NET Framework 4.5.Then installed vc_redist.x86 2015.
