Run a legit business here in the Philippines, if you have the contacts, run a small call center to start with or some food business, high end internet cafes etc. Do online selling here it's huge especially with Cash on Delivery better if you can find a way to import on China and do wholesale to resellers.
This can be said about almost every country in the world. Main question is what type of goods\services sale to your customer, and what underwater bricks you should expect
