Hello,

I have made good money over the years and still making good money every month. Along with my current venture I want to start new venture as I believe it's always better to have multiple ventures as nothing is permanent.

I have good investment capability and I have a team (5 people, can hire more if needed) as well. If it's long term that's not a problem but it should make at least 3k-5k a month.

I am thinking few things. But kinda confused. Would appreciate your suggestion. :)

Unfortunately the population is massively increasing on this planet, real estate would be my choice if I had the capital.

Why not. I even paid 5k for a course once and it was life changing. And, I also have high ticket coaching program but yeah just wondering if people can give some ideas.
 
Main problem is that nobody will tell you correct way to million. You have find it by yourself

Well my working area is telemarketing,Invest in telemarketing, Sell holiday packages, solar panels, etc through telemarketing,you can earn big amount of profit even on one call depending on your product,you can hire sale closers for this task
 
As op wants to invest, work with his team and make circa $5k per month i would suggest building out a dropshipping ecom store portfolio. As long as he concentrates on building up an email list he can remarket to, should be able to scale to the size he wants quite easily.
 
Build 3 vertical farms:

1) Soldier Fly Larvee - Best protein producer in the world (free cost of feeding - they turn garbage into protein)
- you get money for garbage disposal, and for selling dry larvae which are full of proteins.

2) Inland Fish Farm - Profitable especially if your city is far away from sea and other water bodies
- Almost free cost of operation, since you feed your fish with larvae

3) Bio Chicken Farm - Same as Fish Farm, much easier to operate, same sources of food, larvae.

Start on ground level with modest buildings, invest in a multi store building later and multiply profits for every store of building you add.

These advices are worth millions of dollars if you have a budget and a mindset

BONUS: If you have time and resources, plant Paulownia Trees.

They grow crazy fast, are very light and durable. It's the perfect-ROI Investment. Mercedes uses paulownia for luxury wood work inside their premium cars.

Everyone's ideas are great! Wish I could do them...

I've always wanted to sell a product that I would want to buy or build something to sell that I would want to own. Though no one really wants to buy used sci-fi books.

I was also told that you should sell something that every family has. So, like a microwave. Most everyone has one. Or like cereal. You don't need to have return customers to be successful as long as every family tries your product at least once.

So, sorry, I've got nothing for you. Maybe try something new? Sell something you know nothing about.

Sell something to fulfill a need or please a desire.

These were definitely not the kind of ideas I expected from this forum, but I definitely like this, Saved this for a later date lol.

Great advice. Yes, I own an offline business here in my country. But right now I would like to invest in online business as the invest is low here and profit is much higher. :)
 
people would never give the best idea to others as they keep it for themselves so better find some great ideas by yourself. Just my thought;)
